Another New Angel - Rev. Susan Stephan
The Angels welcomed our sister, Rev. Susan Stephan, into their loving arms on October 9, 2023 after battling ovarian cancer. Susan was ordained as an ADL minister in January 2012. She is survived by her loving husband, Werner, and daughter, Angel-Malaya (who was also an ordained ADL minister).
In Susan's memory, the family wishes to increase ovarian cancer awareness. If you or someone you know is concerned about ovarian cancer, please consult with your doctor.
Cotton Candy Love
If you’ve never had the chance to watch cotton candy in the making, I want to recommend that you do, maybe before summer or fall and the carnivals and fairs are over. It’s a fascinating process to watch, one that yields layer upon layer of a pretty pink confection that’s sweet to eat and sticky to touch.
The creative machine takes the small pink or colored granules and spins a web that doesn’t stop winding until forced off by twists or cuts. Best of all, the creato…

Another New Angel - Rev. Dr. Mary Fiquet

The Wisdom Keepers
on the occasion of the
30th Anniversary of her ADL ministry:
1995-2025
The Wisdom Keepers, the Old Ones,
When you find them,
You have come upon sacred space,
An archeological site where
Old Shards move above ground
Connecting cultures together,
Young to old, old to young,
Bridging time and space
So that it becomes
Only the present moment,
The All That Is
And, As Above, So Below.
We are all connected
To the Stars
and to the Great Spirit,
Our Source.
Releasing In Prayer
by Rev. Rita Scheibeck
When I pray and affirm, I feel close to those I'm holding in my heart. As I release each one to their individual, indwelling power and to their highest Good, I affirm they are also free to discover and claim wholeness, peace and prosperity for themselves.
When I pray and affirm for our earth, our world and our country, I allow my own individual power to strengthen and to pour out from me into every situation that needs Love. I join my own devotion and Light with th…
Caring for Creation
by Rev. Dr. Kara Hawkins
American Indian Spirituality is an oral tradition and a shared cultural view that understands that the good health of one’s family and community is dependent upon each individual’s good relationship, alignment, and harmony with God, or Great Spirit, and all of Creation. One is taught to observe harmony and balance in nature, and to strive for that harmony and balance in one’s own life. It teaches that God, or Great Spirit, is immanent within all that is created.
