Darse Permiso

Darse

Give Yourself Permission

Reflection:
There are moments in life that we should face painful situations even though we are surprised or we discover that we ourselves have co-created (almost always there’s another person involved) in our thoughts, sentiments and actions.  How therapeutic it is that we give ourselves permission to feel anger, hurt and even sadness for a few hours or even days or months.

Depending on how much pain has occurred, that does us good, but to get out of this state, it corresponds to learn from the experience so that we could become more careful in communicating our sentiments so that the anger or hurt and the sadness is transformed into love.  Love of yourself first of all.  This attitude would give better fruit in the acceptance of our deeds with consequences and our own forgiveness.

Well stated, Blanca! As you stated, it is therapeutic to feel the emotions. Then we can begin to process the pain and see the blessings that come as a result. There is love even in the darkest moments.

@Theresa Crabtree Yes!

Feeling our emotions is the only way to "see" what's under the layers and bring Light to those dark moments. Take care.
