The Reason I'm Here

The gurgles of a mountain stream, the conversations of nearby birds, and the buzzing of industrious insects flow past my mind as I start relaxing into my time for meditation. In these moments I rest my body and my thoughts, giving my attention to the knowing of Source Energy in my consciousness. It is here in the birthplace of All-That-Is, that I begin to realize my potential, my power, and my capacity for Love. I let Love sweep over me now.
I am an expression of Source Energy, individualized as the human being that I physically sense. I came into this corporeal existence to demonstrate Love to other human beings, to those of the animal kingdoms, and to other manifestations of life. It's the only reason I'm here.
Affirmation: I Love, I exhibit Love, I am Love.
I now allow, acknowledge, accept and affirm that this is so.
