THIS FORM IS FOR CURRENT ADL MINISTERS ONLY, RENEWING THEIR LICENSE AS AN ADL MINISTER.
All others interested in becoming a minister should go to the Ministerial Lessons page to see how to become an ADL Minister and then to the Teachers Page to find a teacher in your area.
